Diet Tips For Gout or Hyperuricemia

People with high uric acid level or Hyperuricemia should
follow a strict diet plan to reduce the increased uric acid level along with
the drugs prescribed by the doctor .
Uric acid is a toxic metabolite which is produced in the
body by breaking down substances called Purines.It is taken out of the body by
the kidneys through urine.
If it is not flushed out of the body,high levels of uric
acid get accumulated near the joints & causes Gout,Arthritis & Kidney
diseases.
People with high levels of Uric Acid should drink at least 8-10 glasses of
water everyday.Plenty of fluid helps flush out uric acid crystals from the body
through urine.

  • Parsley (अजमोदा)
  • Cabbage (गोभी)
3)     
Food with low purine & low protein content

    
e.g :-
  • Eggs (अंडा)
  • Cheese (पनीर)
  • Corn (मकई)
  • Vinegar (सिरका)
  • Rice (चावल)
  • Whole
    wheat breads(साबुत गेहू कि ब्रेंड)
